North Vietnamese Army Soldiers at Hue Magazine

A spectacular LIFE magazine which is probably one of the best color references on the NVA.  You can see what uniforms and field gear are worn within the same NVA unit. The story is that a French female journalist was caught behind the lines in Hue during the Tet Offensive.  The NVA did not harm her but let her take their pictures.  Many NVA are shown.  There is also and article about the fighting that occurred during Tet.
