ChiCom North Vietnamese Army Backpack Radio 71 251A

The NVA used base station radios to communicate with subordinate units. Many were captured and exploited by MACV Combined Material Exploitation Center. This was powered by batteries or a hand crank generator.  It has the original cover but needs shoulder straps.  Some beat up SKS slings would be a great substitute. No guarantee it works.
