Description
Soldiers have been taking photographs of their vanquished enemy and his equipment since the advent of photography. Many such photos were taken in the US Civil War. Over the years I have collected photographs of NVA VC KIAs, WIAs, POWs and captured NVA VC gear. I did not necessarily set out to collect them, they just came along in groupings. These are photos I have had for many decades, not current reprints. Some have dates on the back, some have the crinkle cut edges, some have writing from the GI on the back, but all show their age. These photos help authenticate a particular uniform, equipment or weapon and are great to study. Please do not copy these. This lot has a GI name and service number stamped on the back.
