Neat little EARLY Polish made oil and solvent bottle. As you know the NVA VC used some Polish made small arms, including the M 1944 Carbine, the PMK AK-47 assault rifles. This bottle was carried in the magazine or ammunition chest pouch or in a rucksack. Every solider was issued some kind of oil bottle as weapons maintenance was required in the hot wet humid climate of Viet Nam. When the oil and solvent ran out many weapons rusted.
