North Vietnamese Army Young Party Member Badge

This is a nice badge with enamel, not paint. Note the wartime brass pinback device. Great quality. As you can see, it was worn by the NVA above their left shirt pocket, like shown here. Their is a VC version of this same badge with a blue and red VC flag instead of the NVA flag.
