US WWI BAR 2nd Assistant Gunner Magazine Belt, 1918

Original era manufacture. Tan khaki canvas belt with four pouches for BAR magazines, and four pouches for M1903 rifle stripper clips.Well marked on the reverse as shown. Securing straps are sound, no holes or tears. Plant Bros. & Company 1918. Scarce belt, much less common than the Gunner pattern. One of the belt adjusting grommets, and one of the lower fitting grommets are missing, otherwise sound.
