US Military Full Color Topographic Grid Map of Iraq – 1:50,000 scale ABU KHUWAYMAH

Great map for your Desert Strom or OIF display. I came across a collection of these 1:50,000 scale maps many years ago. They all have the universal elements you will find on military maps from around the world including a legend, identification of adjacent maps, grid to magnetic declination, scale, latitude and longitude etc. They are large size maps; 28 x 19 inches All were apparently printed in 1990; prior to Desert Storm. The name of each map is printed in the top center of the map. This is the most prominent feature shown on the map such as a village, a river, etc. Latitude and Longitude are also shown at the corner of each map. No Desert Storm collection is complete without at least one field map so make sure you pick up at least one today! The main photograph depicts the map being offered here.  The other photos simply illustrates the standard information found on the bottom of these map but necessarily this map.
