North Vietnamese Army Viet Cong Sniper Cape with Carrying Bag

The VC and NVA made extensive use out of captured cargo parachutes.  They turned them into uniforms and capes. This case has been modified for a sniper.  It shredded scrim that comes down from the hood, seen in wrist loops, sewn in neck tie and a sewn in waist tie. This is the only one like this I have ever seen.  Has matching material camo carrying bag.
