ChiCom North Vietnamese Army Backpack Type 705B Radio

Radios were used to communicate between Battalions and Regiments by the NVA and VC Main Force.  If they were lucky they were found at the Company level.  This is a nice 1960s era ChiCom made radio.  The bottom of the radio held the batteries.  Antennae included.
