North Vietnamese Army Four Cell Grenade Pouch

This is a well constructed NVA VC four cell hand grenade pouch. It has an adjustable shoulder strap with wire roller buckle and a long tie-tie to secure the handle of the grenade to the body. These were carried by Infantry troops and Sappers.
