Iraqi MIG Pilot's Parachute Harness Pack Tray and Seat Cushion

This is an Iraqi MIG Pilot's ejection seat parachute with harness, parachute pack tray, carry bag, seat cushions and elastic bands. As you can see the whole thing is attached via a metal cable. The markings are Soviet with Arabic written over the top on the pack tray and back pad plus on some cross flaps. The ensemble was designed to fit inside the aluminum seat. It remained inside the aircraft for immediate use. The pilot would sit on his parachute with the pads in-between. Recovered during OIF from one of the few MIGS the Iraqi Air Force had. This is a one of a kind find.
