Description
During WWII the US Government provided our Chinese allies with small arms including the Thompson submachinegun and M3. Some were even locally copied. This pouch is designed to hold the 20 round stick magazine, cleaning equipment and some spare ammunition. The maker's label on the back is too soiled to read but is the type found on early Chinese field gear. Has web belt loops and an adjustable web shoulder strap. This pouch could be worn on the chest or side. Thompsons were highly prized by the CPV during the Korean War. These Thompsons and pouches also found their way into the hands of the Viet Minh, Viet Cong and North Vietnamese Army. T1
