In a very good condition a first aid pilot bag with some allied supplies Most likely is this bag from the allies and it was repurposed by the Germans as a pilot first aid bag. Which was pretty common to do. A rare and unique item. The contents are filled with medical supplies. Some are from allied USA origin. One of the allied ointment tube is a tape attached with German translation in writing.
