British Pattern 1895 socket bayonet

In an excellent condition a Pattern 1895 socket bayonet This bayonet is a conversion from the P1876 Martini-Henry bayonet into a bayonet that would be positioned under the barrel and could be used on the Martini-Enfield .303 rifle. Various proof stamps on the ricasso, also the leather scabbard has proof stamps. The blade has some pitting and the scabbard has lost some threads on the top. Overall the bayonet is in excellent condition, the scabbard as well. Blade length: 54.9 cm Total length: 64 cm
