3rd Reich BEVO POA sleeve shield

In an excellent condition a Russian Liberation Army BEVO woven sleeve shield. The POA, Русская освободительная армия. Or ROA was a Collaboration formation fighting together with the Wehrmacht against the Comunist Russian regime from Stalin. From 1942 it was led by Andrey Vlasov, a Red Army general who had defected to the Germans. At the peak the Germans had 150.000 Russians in one or the other way collaborating with them against Stalin. The sleave shield is in an unissued and excellent condition. Printed on a linnen background.
