In an excellent condition a 1st modell long years service medal Chamber of Agriculture province Saxony From 1816-1944 Saxony was part of Prussia as a province. It was a very rich province and a lot of agriculture activity. This medal is the 1st modell that comes from the charmber of agriculture from this province. It dates the medal to the end of 19th century up to the beginning of the 20th (1890-1905) Frontside: Figure of a woman in rural clothing with a sickle and a bundle of corn with a country view of live stock farms, rural village. Maker marked L. Christian Lauer from Nürnberg. W. ST. H. is most likely the designer of the medal. Backside: Für langjährige Treue Dienste. There is some scratching on the medals back.
