Swiss Kavallerie Dragoner Tschako Ord.1883 (Bern)

In an excellent condition a Swiss army Dragoner model 1883 shako This federal model (eidgenössische Ordonnanz) 1883 shako has a metal pompon with black horsehair brush (white is for Guide and black for Dragoner) and a eight pointed insiginia with a Swiss cross and number 11, which stands for the Schwadron 11. The cockard which is on the left side has red circle with black. This stand for the Kanton Bern. No Maker markings The helmet is covered with black felt and the edges are metal reienforced. Lether chin strap and lining are in perfect condition. The string used for the lining is a shoe lace somebody replaced the missing string.
