US WWII USAAF Cased Sextant, Bubble Type A-12 Link Aviation Devices Inc.

Original era manufacture. A fine quality precision instrument in it's original fitted olive drab transport box. The device appears to be incomplete, however what is there is in very sound condition. Several nomenclature plates appear on the Sextant, including a serial Eng 360. Reprinted manual included, the locking clasp is present however the lock escutcheon is missing.
