'Olympia 1936' Photo-Book

This is a nice German cigarettes 'Bilderalbum' (Photo-Book): 'Olympia 1936' from the 1936 Olympic Games held in Germany. The 1936 Olympic Games were held in Berlin, Hitler saw the Games as an opportunity to promote his government and ideals of racial supremacy. The winter games were held in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. This picture book was published by the company 'Pet. Cremer, Standard-, Seifen- und Glyzerin-Werke' from Düsseldof-Heerdt, the book is complete with all 144 pictures. The book is still stored in its original carton slipcase, someone wrote a price of 45,- on the slipcase in the past, this set originates form an old collection I recently bought. The book is in overall good used condition with some minor staining and traces of usage, see photos. Decorative original 1936 Olympic Games photo-book.
