An extremely rare and unique circa 1963 fine quality possibly a special commissioned 'Royal Air Force Air Electronics sweetheart brooch'; large rhodium plated impressive brevet wing beautifully set with marcasite stones, the central 'AE' within a roped oval, the reverse impressed 'Silver'. Excellent condition, retaining original pin fittings with safety roller catch in perfect working order, all stones present. Width 44mm.
