Original era manufacture. US WWII M-1944 Shoe Pac, US Rubber Co. Boots, size 10. Ball-Band, Victory mfg. Dated 3/17/44. Basically sound, displayable condition with original laces. There is a one inch tear in the heel of the right side boot.
