Japanese WWII Civil Police Helmet & Liner with Net

Original period manufacture. An interesting example of the Japanese WWII Civil helmet. Military pattern shell without ventilator holes in the top, painted paper liner with adjusting string and a military type cloth chinstrap. An original appearing net is on the exterior, which has portions of the chinstrap looped through the bottom along the helmet's edge. Aluminum Police insignia on the front.
