Cheltenham & Hereford Breweries Ltd Drayman Cap Badge Gloucester

A rare original post 1945 period splendid piece of breweriana 'Cheltenham and Hereford Breweries advertising badge'; large gilt and enamel example in the form of a Castle Turret bearing 1760 the year it was founded by 'James Tynte Agg-Gardner'; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'BMCo' (Birmingham Medal Co). Very good condition, complete with original two loop fittings and split pin, the enamel remains perfect, as does the gilt finish. Height approx 47mm.
