A good original wartime period 'Air Raid Precautions ARP white metal male warden badge', manufactured between 1940 and 1943 after which no more were made, the reverse impressed with scarce maker's details for this badge 'J.R.GAUNT LONDON'. Very good condition, complete with original buttonhole fitting. Height 38mm.
