British Rail Midland Region staff association railway union badge

A good original circa 1950 to 1956 issue 'British Rail Staff Association lapel badge'; circular gilt example display a lion astride a wheel on red enamel ground, within a white title surround; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Fattorini & Sons Ld 36 Barr St B'Ham'. Very good condition, complete with original buttonhole fitting, no damage to the enamel, gilt finish remains bright. Diameter 24mm.
