A good original 'British Red Cross Society County of Cheshire gilt and enamel badge', the reverse with maker's details 'J.R Gaunt London' and inscribed to the recipient '33648 D.QUAYLE'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel. Height approx 50mm.
