A good original circa 1950's period 'Robertson's Bagpiper Golly pin badge', wearing a white waistcoat, light blue coat, WITHOUT the slogan 'Golden Shred' on golden enamel Scottish bagpipe bag, the reverse impressed in relief with horizontal maker's details 'G S' and details 'R.E.V. Gomm Frederick St B'Ham.1'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no stress marks or damage to the enamel, manufacturers burst bubble FLAW between the eyes, gilt finish remains bright. Height approx 34mm.
