A scarce original First World War period 'Engaged On Government Work war workers gilt patriotic red, white and blue enamel badge'; Crowned title circlet, the centre depicting an embossed 'Union Spray' representing the unity of England, Scotland and Ireland, a Rose, Thistle and Shamrock, with applied white central title bar 'BEAVER E'ng Co'. Very good condition, complete with original buttonhole lapel fitting, no damage to the enamel, gilt finish remains bright.
