A well designed rare complete example of a 'Life Boat Saturday Fund' charity fund raiser's pin badge; pressed gilt metal in the shape of a lifeboat with full crew and 'L.B.S.F 1910' title below, suspended from its original red, white and blue striped ribbon now half frayed at contact point with ornamental bar and single central pin fitting (a replacement), the reverse impressed 'J.R.Gaunt London'. Good condition for an antique badge of this age. Height approx 81mm.
