WW1 American Red Cross Six Months Service Medal

A good original First World War period 'American Red Cross Medal for 6 months service'; gilt and enamel example with an applied bold red cross to the centre and suspended from a blue ribbed silk ribbon complete with pin bar fitting. Very good condition, no defects to the enamel, gilt finish remains bright.Height approx 50mm.
