A rare original First World War period 'Friends War Victims Relief Committee gilt badge' black and red compass rose superimposed on white enamel title circlet 'Friends War Victims Relief', the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Thomas Fattorini Birmingham Ltd'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fitting, hook an old replacement, no stress marks or damage to the enamel, gilt finish remains bright. Diameter 30mm.
