Robertsons Golly footballer yellow waistcoat badge pre war MELSON

A scarce original pre war 'Robertson's Footballer Golly badge' bearing metal hands and feet, wearing a yellow V-neck waistcoat blue jacket, displaying the advertising slogan 'Golden Shred' and kicking a dark blue and white ball, the reverse impressed in relief with maker's details 'MELSOM PRODUCTS Ltd. B'HAM'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no defects to the enamel, minor scratch to right arm. Height approx 33mm.
