A rare original circa First World War period 'Mounts Bay Penzance Unit Volunteer Training Corps lapel badge'; gilt brass blue enamel title surround, embossed black shield bearing fifteen golden bezants from the arms of the Duchy of Cornwall with motto 'ONE AND ALL'. Very good condition, complete with original early pattern round buttonhole fitting, no defects to the enamel, gilt finish remains bright. Diameter approx 25mm.
