A scarce original circa 1950's 'Robertson's Golly Footballer promotional badge' playing a white football, wearing light blue coat and white waistcoat displaying the advertising slogan 'Golden Shred' to chest, the reverse impressed in relief with maker's details 'J.R.Gaunt London'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no stress marks or damage to the enamel, gilt finish remains bright.Height 36mm.
