A rare original circa 1950's period dimple back 'Robertson's Golly footballer promotional badge' with pop eyes playing a brown football, wearing light blue coat and white waistcoat displaying the advertising slogan 'Golden Shred' to chest, the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Fattorini & Sons Ltd 36 Barr St B'Ham' in triangle and random pattern dimples. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel, gilt finish remains bright.Height approx 35mm.
