A scarce original full sized George V period 'Royal Red Cross second class award medal' housed in its 'Garrard & Co' velvet lined fitted leather case in good order. Very good condition, complete with original silk bow suspension bar with pin fitting in good working order, no defects to the red translucent enamel .
