1889 -1968 Electrical Trades Union Light & Liberty ETU Badge L.Simpson & Co London

A good original circa 1940's period 'Electrical Trades Union gilt and enamel buttonhole badge'; large blue enamel title surround, the centre with gilt recessed winged angel standing on a globe, with internal white flyer 'Light & Liberty'; the reverse impressed with early maker's details 'L.Simpson & Co London'. Very good condition, complete with original buttonhole lapel fitting, no defects to the enamel, gilt finish remains bright. Diameter approx 24mm.
