A scarce original circa 1908 to 1921 period, full size unmarked silver mounted as worn tippet badge; oval medal bearing 'Territorial Force Nursing Service' title surmounted by a King's Crown, the fretted centre depicting Queen Alexandra cypher of crossed initials 'A' intertwined. Very good condition, service wear to ribbon.
