WW2 Knitted Garments For The Royal Navy volunteer knitter badge

A good original Second World War period 'Volunteer knitter's pin badge, gilt brass naval crowned strap bearing 'Knitted Garments For The Royal Navy' title inlaid with white enamel, the centre with fouled anchor on blue enamel ground; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Thomas Fattorini Ltd Regent St Birmingham'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel. Height approx 34mm.
