A scarce original circa Victorian period 'Primrose League Ruling Councillor's pin badge', designed to be worn with or without the ribbon; the reverse with maker's details 'T&JB' (T & J Bragg & Co. Birmingham) and with Registered Design number 'Rd 41562' (1886). Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, original silk suspension ribbon with safety pin fitting, no damage to the enamel. Height of badge 39mm. plus ribbon
