A rare original First World War period 'Royal Naval Motor Boat Reserve silver rim sweetheart brooch'; Crowned laurel wreath, the centre bearing 'R.N.M.B.R.' above a fouled anchor, the solid silver back impressed 'Sterling'. Very good condition,complete with original pin fittings, good patina. Diameter 27mm.
