U.S. Synthetic Resin Raincoat. Introduced in 1942. Executed in synthetic resin coated cottonto save on rubber. The raincoat closes down the front with five buttons. Fitted with clear and crisp contractors label. Makers marked Rockland Manufacturing Co. and dated 1943. The coat is marked a size small. In what appears unissued and mint condition. Cannot be upgraded.
