British (Airborne) MK 2 Paratrooper Helmet 1943 - Nice Used Condition

British (Airborne) MK2 Paratrooper Helmet or also refered to as Helmet Steel Airborne Troop MK1. The MK1 Airborne helmet was commisioned in October 1942 and was fitted with leather chinstrap and steel rim. The helmet is fitted with textbook black leather chinstraps fitted with riffets. The sorbos in the liner are in good condition. The leather liner shows some clear wear, the 1943 date is partly visible so are the remains of the BMB as well as the size 7. Mounted with orginal helmet netting. A clearly nice used example of British (Airborne) MK 2 Paratrooper Helmet getting harder to find these days.
