A good original circa Second World War period 'Merchant Navy Officers MN cap badge', gilt metal naval crowned gold bullion oak wreath, the central padded red velvet oval backing bearing silvered anchor, the reverse with black paper covered hessian lining. Good condition, old moth nip to right lower edge, bullion toned. Price reflects. Height approx 69mm.
