WW1 British Red Cross & Order of St John bronze pin badge

A scarce original First World War period large oval die-cast bronze pin badge worn during the First World War by the joint War Organisation of the British Red Cross Society and Order of St.John. Very good condition, complete with original heavy duty pin fittings. Height 37mm.
