Robertsons c1950 Golly lollipopman advertising badge Die B

A scarce original post war circa 1950's 'Robertson's Golly lollipopman badge', this exampe with pole going through left hand, ends of mouth rounded, bigger feet and 'Golden Shred' advertising slogan,the reverse impressed with maker's details in relief 'R.E.V. Gomm Frederick St B'Ham.1'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no stress marks or damage to the enamel, gilt finnish remains bright. An excellent example. Height 36mm.The scarce 'Robertsons Golly lollipopman' circa 1950 design, should not to be confused with the 'Robertson's circa 1970 Golly lollipopman badge' without the slogan 'Golden Shred' to his chest.
