Robertsons Golly cricketer white waistcoat advertising badge MARPLES BEASLEY

A scarce original circa 1950's period 'Robertson's Marmalades and Jams Golly cricketer promotional badge', wearing hard to find LIGHT blue coat, square boots and white waistcoat displaying the advertising slogan 'Golden Shred', the reverse impressed with horizontal maker's details 'Marples & Beasley B'Ham'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no stress marks or damage to the enamel, minor surface scratches, gilt finish remains bright. An excellent example. Height approx 36mm.
