British P40 Battledress Jacket 1944

British P40 Battle Dress Jacket (Battledress Blouses 1940 Pattern). The Battledress was the standard uniform for all Army Personnel, officers and other ranks in the theatres of operations. This Battledress jacket is complete with original manufacturer's label, produced by the company 'S. Simpson Ltd.' and dated 1944, the jacket is marked with War Department Depot Code 'M' indicating 194$, the jacket is a size 16. The jacket is named to soldier 'D. Rolfe' with unique service number '2511363'. There are some small (moth)damages, see photos. Nice original named battledress jacket in good used condition.
