WW1 Wounded Soldier Hospital Blues character figure & pig silver lucky charm badge

A very scarce original First World War period, possibly fundraising badge depicting a miniature wounded soldier in 'Hospital Blues uniform'; the reverse impressed with details 'PROTECTED' with hard to decipher signature 'Casaiue', 'STERLING' and 'Rd 651069' a registered, design and patent date of 1916, together with an unmarked hollow pig, attached to a circular ring.Very good condition, enamel intact. Length 127mm.
