In nice used condition this British 1937 Pattern Shell Dressing Bag. Intended for holding bandages and shell dressings for medics. The bag is clearly dated 1942 and makers marked MeCo and marked with the Broad Arrow. The bag appears in unissued condition, and if used only very light used. Very hard to be upgraded!
